Kyle Christopher Clayton Whisler is a first-generation college graduate from Downey, CA — one of six children — and a finance executive with 10+ years of progressive leadership across global, multi-entity, and founder-led organizations. Currently VP of Accounting & Finance at The Agency Real Estate — promoted from Director in January 2025 — having led finance across 15+ legal entities and seven distinct lines of business — residential brokerage, franchising, title, mortgage, insurance, property management, and ancillary services — leading a distributed team remotely from Dallas, TX.
Kyle is aspiring to the CFO seat, board service, and lasting influence beyond the finance function. He brings deep technical fluency across 35+ enterprise systems, a track record of measurable transformation, and the credibility of operating inside a globally recognized organization.
