The executive

Finance & strategy
at global scale

Kyle Christopher Clayton Whisler is a first-generation college graduate — one of six children — and a finance executive with more than a decade of progressive leadership across global, multi-entity, and founder-led organizations.

He is Vice President of Accounting & Finance at The Agency Real Estate, promoted from Director in January 2025, leading finance across seven distinct lines of business: residential brokerage, franchising, title, mortgage, insurance, property management, and ancillary services. He leads a distributed team remotely, with members across the United States and internationally.

He brings technical fluency across an enterprise systems ecosystem — Oracle NetSuite, SAP, BlackLine, Celigo, Ramp, Concur, American Express Corporate, Drivetrain, ADP, and Profit Power — a record of measurable transformation, and the credibility of operating inside a globally recognized organization — one ranked #13 in the nation on the 2025 RealTrends 500, named among the Financial Times' fastest-growing American companies, and honored as Inman's Luxury Brokerage of the Year. He leads collaboratively: building cohesive finance teams, mentoring talent, and partnering across departments to deliver results.

Origin

“I lost my father at six years old. Everything I have built since — every credential, every team, every relationship — traces back to that loss, to the faith that carried me through it, and to the life I chose to build in spite of it.”
